Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Pinmigo: Fake GPS ("Pinmigo" or "the app"), provided by Md. Farhan Labib, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

What the app does

Pinmigo provides tools to select simulated GPS coordinates, run route simulations, and manage saved places and routes on compatible Android devices. You must configure Android's mock location setting and grant permissions needed for the features you use. No Pinmigo account is required.

Permission to use Pinmigo

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain rights to content you create or import. You are responsible for having permission to use and share that content. Rights in third-party software and map data remain with their respective owners and are subject to their licenses.

Your responsibilities

Use location simulation only where you have permission and in accordance with applicable law and the rules of any service you use. Do not use the app for fraud, unlawful impersonation, evading legally required location controls, interfering with others' systems, or other unlawful activity. Do not disrupt or overload the external map, search, or routing services.

Review third-party terms before testing against their apps. Those services may detect, reject, or restrict simulated locations and may restrict your account. Pinmigo does not grant permission to bypass another service's rules or promise protection from its enforcement.

Simulation limitations

Compatibility varies by device, Android version, permissions, and receiving app. Pinmigo does not guarantee that every app will accept a simulated location or that simulation will be undetectable. Changing GPS coordinates does not change your IP address or every other signal that a service may use to determine location. Pinmigo is not a VPN.

Simulated locations can affect other apps while enabled. Stop the simulation and confirm your actual location before relying on location-dependent services. Do not rely on Pinmigo for emergency response, real-world navigation, or other safety-critical use. Map and routing results may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Ads and purchases

The app may display advertising. Where offered, the ad-free upgrade is a one-time Google Play purchase at the price shown in the purchase screen. Google Play's payment terms apply. The app uses your purchase entitlement to enable the upgrade; restoration depends on Google Play recognizing the purchase, normally through the Google account used to buy it.

The ad-free upgrade removes advertising when recognized; it does not remove analytics, crash reporting, or the external services needed for maps and routing. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's applicable refund process and any rights you have under law. These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or promise that all future products or services are included.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the app, Android, and external services evolve. External services may be unavailable or impose limits. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future device or app. Changes affecting purchases remain subject to applicable consumer law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for choosing appropriate test environments and protecting your own files.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections. These provisions do not excuse fraud or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be limited.

Stopping use and updates to these Terms

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Exported files and device backups must be managed separately. Your right to use the app under these Terms ends if you materially violate them, subject to applicable law.

Revised Terms will be posted with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required. No exclusive court venue or arbitration requirement is imposed by these Terms; rights and dispute procedures available under applicable law remain intact.
